We aim to respond to all payment disputes within 3-5 business days and will work with you to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.
Please note: initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and result in the suspension of your account. We reserve the right to provide our payment processor and the relevant card network with transaction evidence in the event of a chargeback claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Img-Market harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms of Use.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
