Delivery of Digital Products
All products sold on Img-Market are AI-generated digital graphics. No physical products will be shipped.
Upon successful payment, your purchased files are made available for download immediately or within a few minutes via:
- A download link sent to your registered email address; and/or
- Your account page on our website (My Account > Orders).
If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of payment, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@img-market.com with your order number.
Right to Cancel — Digital Content
By completing your purchase and proceeding to download your files, you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
This waiver applies only once you have begun the download. If you have not yet downloaded the file, you retain the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. To cancel before downloading, contact us immediately at info@img-market.com.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally not offered after files have been downloaded. However, refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- File Corruption or Errors: If the purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- Unauthorised Charges: If you believe your account was charged without your authorisation. Please contact us immediately and we will review the transaction.
Refund Request Process
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@img-market.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots.
- Evaluation: Our support team will review your case within 3-5 business days.
- Processing: If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after purchase or no longer need the product.
- Downloaded Content: Once the file has been successfully downloaded, the purchase is final unless it falls under eligible conditions above.
- Compatibility Issues: It is your responsibility to ensure the product is compatible with your device or software.
Disputes and Chargebacks
We strongly urge you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.

- Include: Order number, amount in question, description of the issue.
We aim to respond to all payment disputes within 3-5 business days.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could result in suspension of your account. In the event of a chargeback claim, we reserve the right to provide our payment processor and the relevant card network with transaction evidence, including order details, download logs, and communications.
